Q: How large is your school?

A: Most years we have between 20 and 30 students and about 6 fulltime staff, as well as many part-time staff.

Q: Do you provide school lunches?

A: We serve a family-style lunch each day.

Q: What curriculum do you use?

A: We use a blend of traditional curricula, including products from Saxon, A Beka Books, and BJU Press.

Q: Are all your staff certified teachers?

A: Not all of our staff are certified teachers or have college degrees. However, all staff are dedicated Christians and love children. Many of them have experience in mentoring and teaching young people.

Q: How do you offer enough classes for so many different grades with so few teachers?

A: We usually combine three or four grade levels for classes like history and science. For math and English, we cannot combine as many grade levels, so we find ways to run classes at as many different levels as we need. (We do not separate our students by grade level; we simply assess them to see what level of math or English they are ready for and place them in that class.)
