We teach our younger students how to do math without calculators and we value old-fashioned skills like good penmanship. We invite our students to discover the wonder of books even in this technological age. We incorporate hands-on projects into our history and science classes and love to take our students outside the classroom to the field or to museums.
Our schedule includes a daily Bible class during which students share prayer requests, memorize Bible verses, and learn to look at the world through a biblical lens. We encourage all our students to embrace the gospel message: that all of us are sinners in need of a Savior and that Jesus is that Savior. In Bible class and in our daily interactions with students, we seek to mentor and inspire every young person to embrace a lifestyle of radical obedience to Jesus Christ.
